That\u2019s why we\u2019re pleased to announce a new app feature that lets you rate your experience with an employer after each shift. <\/span> We believe feedback should be a two-way street and want to give you more of a chance to have your say, increasing transparency and ultimately improving your experience and that of other Flexers.<\/span> We want your voice<\/strong> to be heard. It\u2019s important that employers know what kind of working environment they\u2019re providing and strive to make improvements, or are recognized for their efforts to make shifts an enjoyable experience for everyone.<\/span> So, after you clock out of shift a screen will now automatically pop up in the app, allowing you to give your 1-5 star rating.<\/span> \"\" Any rating between 4 and 5 stars would indicate that you enjoyed working for that employer.
