Indeed Flex never does this with your information.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We use our users\u2019 information in order to help people get jobs. However, the CCPA has a much broader definition of \u201csell\u201d than this which encompasses activities beyond the traditional common understanding of \u201cselling\u201d for money such as disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring or otherwise communicating by electronic or other means, a consumer\u2019s personal information for other valuable consideration.
