{"id":14572,"date":"2024-10-11T15:21:37","date_gmt":"2024-10-11T14:21:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/indeedflex.com\/?post_type=faq&#038;p=14572"},"modified":"2024-10-11T15:21:37","modified_gmt":"2024-10-11T14:21:37","slug":"how-do-i-manage-timesheets","status":"publish","type":"faq","link":"https:\/\/indeedflex.com\/faq\/how-do-i-manage-timesheets\/","title":{"rendered":"How do I manage timesheets?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ensure correct payments for workers and more accurate billing for your business with Indeed Flex timesheets.<\/p>\n<h3>How are timesheets populated?<\/h3>\n<p>The job times appear on the platform by the Flexer clocking in and out via their Indeed Flex app. You must then go in to approve the timesheets and make any changes before the deadline.<\/p>\n<h3>How do I approve timesheets?<\/h3>\n<p>Access the Timesheets tab on the Indeed Flex platform<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the date range corresponding to the previous working week<\/li>\n<li>Filter the view to display jobs that are \u2018Needs Approval\u2019<\/li>\n<li>Review the listed \u2018In\/Out\u2019 times and make any necessary adjustments, if the status is \u2018Missing time\u2019 you will need to update this before you can approve<\/li>\n<li>Update break times if applicable<\/li>\n<li>Finalize the timesheets by clicking the \u2018Approve\u2019 button<\/li>\n<li>If you need to review or modify previously approved timesheets, switch the filter to \u2018All Shifts\u2019 and select \u2018Edit time\u2019<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Is there a deadline to approve timesheets?<\/h3>\n<p>The strict deadline to approve timesheets for the previous working week is Tuesday at 6:59pm CST.<\/p>\n<p>Please note: Any timesheets not approved by the deadline will be auto-approved on the system. Ensure you\u2019ve double-checked the start and end time prior to approval as it defaults to the shift times that the worker has clocked in and out.<\/p>\n<h3>How do I rate a worker?<\/h3>\n<p>Ratings keep your favorite Flexers coming back, making them a powerful tool for boosting fulfillment<\/p>\n<p>Go to the Feedback column and select a rating out of 5 stars. You can easily find workers needing feedback by turning on the Unrated workers toggle.<\/p>\n<h3>How do I know what to rate a worker?<\/h3>\n<p>Our system is designed for you to use 5 stars as the starting point. This is because ratings should primarily be used as a tool to build positive relationships with Flexers.<\/p>\n<p>5 stars &#8211; You\u2019re happy with the Flexer and would have them back. This automatically adds the Flexer to your pool, meaning they get first choice of your shifts.<\/p>\n<p>4 stars &#8211; You\u2019re content to have them return but prefer not to offer them first choice on shifts. The worker isn\u2019t added to your worker pool and will only see your shifts if you select \u2018Let Flex do the work.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>3 stars &#8211; You were not happy with the Flexer\u2019s performance and do not want them to return to your venue for any role.<\/p>\n<p>1 &amp; 2 stars &#8211; There has been misconduct or gross misconduct that you need to raise with Indeed Flex.<\/p>\n<h3>How do I notify Indeed Flex of a no-show?<\/h3>\n<p>The best way to report a no-show is to click \u2018Didn\u2019t work\u2019 on the timesheet.
