About the Role
Join Indeed Flex as a Print Production Operator and play a key role in a fast-paced, print-on-demand environment. You’ll operate and maintain multiple types of production equipment, ensuring high-quality output and smooth workflow throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment including black & white printers, book binders, trimmers, folder/gluers, shrink wrap tunnels, saddle stitchers, and paper drills.
• Meet shift production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards as described in the LSI operating manual.
• Re-supply raw materials promptly to maintain continuous production flow.
• Accurately complete and maintain production logs, ensuring all tasks are properly documented.
• Notify supervisors or specialists when equipment malfunctions or performance issues arise.

Requirements

• Prior experience operating print or manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow operational procedures.
• Capable of standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
