Shift Options:

• Sunday–Thursday | 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Tuesday–Saturday | 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Friday–Monday | 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Monday–Sunday | 3:30 PM – End of shift

About the Job
Join Indeed Flex as a Package Handler in Romeoville and play a key role in keeping goods moving. This is a hands-on, physical position that’s perfect if you like to stay active and be part of a supportive team. You’ll sort, load, and unload shipments to help ensure on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload packages from trucks and conveyors
• Sort, scan, and organize shipments by size, route, or destination
• Safely lift and stack boxes up to 50 lbs
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency with shipments
• Follow safety guidelines and keep the workspace clean

What We Need from You

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Comfortable working on your feet, bending, and moving throughout the shift
• Reliable, detail-focused, and team-oriented
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
